NxtWave is hiring a senior Product Manager for Teach OS at Hyderabad, NIAT Division. You will own Teach OS end-to-end strategy and delivery, running it independently rather than under direct supervision.
You will drive discovery with instructors, size opportunities from data, and ship AI-native features with strong rollout discipline, partnering closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams.
NxtWave • NIAT Division • Hyderabad (HITEC City)
This is a single, senior, full-ownership seat. You will own Teach OS end to end strategy through delivery and run it independently. This is not an execution-under-direction role.
NxtWave is an AI-first edtech company (World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer 2024) building industry-ready tech talent at scale. Teach OS is the AI operating system behind NIAT's classrooms: it records and analyzes teaching sessions, generates AI quality reports and coaching actions, and gives 350+ instructors across 35+ campuses a live view of where they stand and what to fix next. The AI is the product the model's judgment on teaching quality is what instructors act on every week.
Your mandate is to make teaching quality a property of the system, not of the individual instructor. A student deserves the best version of a concept regardless of which campus they're on, which instructor they get, or how many times that instructor has already taught it.
The platform is already embedded everywhere. The unsolved problem the reason this seat exists - is behavior change: turning a tool people are required to have into one they use because it measurably makes them better, and proving that lift in the data. If that problem excites you, this is your seat.
Own the Teach OS strategy, narrative, and roadmap end to end - you set direction and sequence it, you don't wait to be handed it.
Drive discovery with the instructor team: interviews, JTBDs, journey maps.
Size opportunities with data - and diagnose to root cause before you prescribe.
Own an AI-native product where model judgment (QA scoring, coaching, demo analysis) is the core experience. You design the experience, the guardrails, and the evaluation of model quality - not just the UI around it.
Ship features that leverage LLMs/agents, retrieval, and automation.
Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data in short cycles with strong rollout hygiene.
Own what Teach OS measures. What the product flags is what 350+ instructors optimize for - so designing that system, and deciding what deliberately doesn't count, is one of the highest-leverage decisions you'll make here.
Define success metrics with binary, dated targets and explicit kill criteria; instrument events; run experiments.
Analyze cohorts, funnels, and adoption; convert insight into iteration plans.
Own post-ship validation against metrics you defined before launch.
Work tightly with business owners (P&L) and the instructor team; drive cross-functional alignment without routing everything upward.
Write to think - clear decision docs precede meetings.
Own pre-launch checklists, QA gates, and safe rollouts (guardrails, fallback paths), then drive post-launch adoption to hit targets.
Ensure learner and instructor data safety and fair, transparent use of AI in evaluation. You are scoring people's teaching - the bar for fairness is high.
Ship milestones that move a core outcome - instructor improvement, or adoption of a high-impact behavior - not just features.
Establish or sharpen the measurement model and a healthy measure learn iterate cadence.
Earn the trust of Engineering, Design, and business owners through clear plans and reliable, independent delivery.
Above the checklist, one quality decides this hire: can you take a messy, real problem, diagnose it to root cause from the data, and commit to a falsifiable bet - with a date and a kill switch - independently? Everything else is table stakes.
Fixed salary + annual variable component + multi-year retention component. Final mix aligned to experience.
We're an AI-first, learner-obsessed product org. You'll thrive here if you:
