Job summary

You will work with cross-functional teams—engineering, design, GTM, and customer success—to drive product innovation, deliver customer value, and grow the business.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, 0→1 product development, and building scalable products in a fast-paced CPaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in communications domain with understanding of messaging, voice, video, cloud communications, APIs, and customer journeys.
• Strong business acumen with experience owning product metrics and P&L.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will own end-to-end product strategy, execution, and business impact for our platforms. This role requires a strong blend of product thinking, business ownership, and leadership capabilities to build and scale high-impact products.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, GTM, and customer success to drive product innovation, deliver customer value, and ensure business growth.

What you'll be responsible for?

• Define and own product/platform vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle including planning, execution, launch, and impact assessment.
• Own P&L responsibilities for products/platforms and ensure sustainable business growth.
• Build and lead high-performing product teams by establishing frameworks, processes, and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across product, engineering, design, GTM, customer success, support, and service teams.
• Drive product decisions through data, experimentation, and customer insights.
• Lead 0 1 product development and scale products to maturity.
• Ensure strong alignment between business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
• Continuously evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Qualification and other skills

• Experience in communications domain with understanding of messaging, voice, video, cloud communications, APIs, and customer journeys.
• Strong business acumen with experience owning product metrics and P&L.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and drive clarity in ambiguity.

What you'd have?

• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B or platform-based products.
• 3+ years of experience managing high-performing teams including PMs, UX designers, and analysts.
• Proven experience in building 0 1 products and scaling them successfully.
• Strong product sense with the ability to validate hypotheses using data and experimentation.
