Job summary

Shiprocket, India's leading logistics and commerce platform, is hiring Senior Product Managers to own core platforms end to end. You will shape revenue, margins and seller experience, taking problems from discovery to launch and measurable outcomes, with AI as a routine part of the product.

You will own a platform or business line with clear KPIs, drive end-to-end launches with PRD, build, GTM, and post-launch reviews.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in product management at a company that earns revenue from its own product.
• Owned a platform or system with measurable impact and moved numbers.
• Launched and scaled at least one product.
• Shipped AI into production with clear evaluation, failures, and lessons.
• Strong writing and communication skills; comfortable with ambiguity and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own a platform or business line with revenue, GMV or cost outcome and roadmap.
• Take 01 launches through to scale: discovery, PRD, build, GTM with sales and ops, and post-launch metrics.
• Apply AI where it adds value: automation, agents, document intelligence, conversational flows, with evals and fallbacks, not demos.
• Work with your data: SQL, funnel and cohort analysis, experiments; bring answers, not questions.
• Ensure alignment across engineering, design, data, business and ops, including saying no with reasons.

About the Role

We’re hiring Senior Product Managers to own core platforms end to end: the systems where revenue,

margin and seller experience are decided, not feature backlogs. You’ll take a product from problem to

launch to a number you can defend, and you’ll build with AI as a matter of course.

What You’ll Own

• A platform or business line with a revenue, GMV or cost outcome attached, and the roadmap to move it.
• 01 launches taken through to scale: discovery, PRD, build, GTM with sales and ops, and the metrics after.
• AI where it earns its place in the product: automation, agents, document intelligence, conversational flows, with evals and fallbacks, not demos.
• Your own data: SQL, funnel and cohort analysis, experiments. You bring the answer, not the question.
• Alignment across engineering, design, data, business and ops, including saying no with reasons.

What We’re Looking For
