Komprise, Inc. in Bengaluru seeks a skilled Product Manager who excels in fast-paced, cross-time-zone environments. You will own end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery, collaborating with teams in Bangalore and the Bay Area to ensure impactful features and adoption.

You will translate customer challenges into solutions, drive roadmaps, and enable go-to-market motions while maintaining a user-centric focus and strong technical dialogue with engineers.

We are looking for an excellent communicator and fast thinker who thrives in rapidly changing environments and is ready to drive and own entire projects from discovery to delivery. As our product and engineering team spans the Bay Area and Bangalore, you must be comfortable navigating a global, cross-time-zone environment.

Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Drive the product vision, roadmap, and execution for new and existing features, starting from ideation to final release and adoption.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Align with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and CX to translate customer challenges into solutions and new features and provide requirements and technical specifications.
• Roadmap Execution: Partner with UX, Engineering, QA, and Documentation to drive features and enhancements, validate deliveries, and support technical collateral creation to deliver a high-quality release.
• GTM Enablement: Communicate product direction and priorities across customer-facing teams. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, CX, and Support to create training materials, conduct enablement sessions, and support the go-to-market function.
• Customer adoption and feedback: Track product adoption and usage, and partner with CX to triage and prioritize issues.

Requirements:

• Education: BS or MS in computer science, electrical engineering, or a similar field, or prior experience as a software engineer or designer.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience working as a product manager with a track record of shipping features from discovery through launch, with measurable results you can point to.
• Strong technical aptitude: Comfortable discussing architecture, APIs, and system tradeoffs with engineers.
• Analytics capability: Ability to analyze and use data to make informed decisions.
• User-centric attitude: Deep understanding and empathy for users.
• Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Cross-functional: Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment.
• AI expertise: Experience leveraging AI tools to assist with research and accelerated execution.
• Background in data storage, data management, infrastructure, or cloud.
• Familiarity with file and object storage concepts such as NFS, SMB, and CIFS.
• Exposure to data pipelines, metadata enrichment, and AI and machine learning data preparation.
• Passionate and curious, with a penchant for taking risks and thinking out of the box.
