Job summary

Remotestar in India seeks a hands-on Group Product Manager to lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers while driving product excellence across multiple initiatives. You will remain deeply involved in strategy and execution.

You will mentor APMs and PMs, strengthen collaboration with engineering, design, and business teams, review PRDs and roadmaps, drive quality and decision-making, and own business outcomes across several product areas in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management experience.
• Minimum 2 years mentoring or managing Product Managers, APMs, or interns.
• Strong Product-Engineering collaboration experience.
• Excellent PRD writing and review capability.
