Senior Product Manager – AI Transformation
Experience: 4–6 years | Bengaluru | US Market Focus
We solves large, complex AI problems and builds the platforms that enable companies to use AI for large-scale business transformation.
We operate in a technology space that is rapidly becoming one of the most important layers of the modern enterprise. As AI moves from isolated experiments to becoming embedded across businesses, companies need fundamentally new technology platforms that can bring together models, enterprise data, organizational context, workflows, applications and people at scale.
Our enterprise AI platform forms the foundation of our transformation work. We use this platform to configure and extend AI-native solutions around how each organization operates, rather than approaching every customer problem as a bespoke software development exercise.
As a Senior Product Manager – AI Transformation, you will be a central owner of our AI transformation deployments, responsible for translating complex business problems into AI products and driving them through successful delivery.
Our customers engage us to transform meaningful parts of how their businesses operate. You will be responsible for understanding the business context and problem, defining the scope, designing the solution, determining how our platform should be applied or extended, and working closely with engineering through implementation and deployment.
This requires strong first-principles thinking. Customer requirements are important inputs, but they are not necessarily the solution. You need to understand the underlying problem, question assumptions and develop an independent view of what will create the most value.
This is also an execution-intensive role. Product ownership here does not end with a PRD, prototype or roadmap. A significant part of the job is coordinating dependencies, resolving open questions, reviewing builds, aligning stakeholders and doing the detailed work required to get a product successfully delivered.
Our primary market is the United States, making this a highly external-facing role. You will regularly work with senior US stakeholders and should be comfortable with the communication standards, ownership and working-hour flexibility that requires.
Develop a deep understanding of the business, function and problem being transformed. Understand how the function operates today, including its workflows, users, decisions, systems, data sources, business rules, constraints and exceptions.
You will be expected to learn unfamiliar domains quickly, identify what materially matters and distinguish the underlying problem from the initially stated requirement.
Own the translation of the business problem into a clear product solution.
Define the scope, workflows, user experience, features, data requirements, integrations and product behavior. Determine where AI should play a role, where human judgment should remain, and how the solution should fit into the customer'''s broader operating environment.
Prototyping is a core part of the role. You should be highly proficient at rapidly turning ideas into tangible product experiences that can be used to test thinking, explore workflows, communicate intent and drive alignment before and during development.
You will own prioritization, feature planning, releases and the overall product roadmap for the deployment.
Develop an independent, well-reasoned point of view on what should be built and why.
We expect our PMs to use first-principles thinking rather than simply aggregate stakeholder requests. You should be able to challenge assumptions, evaluate alternatives, make trade-offs and advocate convincingly for a direction with both customers and internal teams.
This requires the confidence to hold a position when warranted and the judgment to change it when new evidence emerges.
Develop a deep understanding our enterprise AI platform and use it as the foundation for how you design solutions.
You will need to understand its capabilities, architecture, product primitives, constraints and areas of extensibility. For every deployment, you should be able to determine what can be configured using existing capabilities, what should be extended, and where a genuinely new capability is required.
We are not a software services company rebuilding applications from scratch for every customer. PMs are expected to solve customer problems while preserving platform leverage and identify opportunities to turn deployment requirements into reusable capabilities.
Work closely with engineers, AI engineers, data scientists and architects throughout development.
Engineering owns technical implementation, while Product owns ensuring that what is implemented solves the right problem and reflects the intended product experience.
You will provide business and product context, resolve ambiguities, make trade-offs, review builds, work through edge cases and ensure individual components come together into a coherent solution.
This requires enough technical fluency to engage meaningfully on data, APIs, integrations, AI capabilities, architecture and implementation constraints.
Remain accountable for the product through successful delivery.
This includes managing dependencies, coordinating across teams, following up on open items, ensuring decisions are made, tracking readiness, incorporating feedback, reviewing releases and addressing issues that could prevent successful deployment.
We consider this an integral part of Product Management. PMs are not expected to define the solution and rely on someone else to do the detailed coordination required to get it over the line.
Lead product discussions with customer stakeholders, including senior business and technology leaders.
You will conduct discovery, present recommendations and prototypes, explain product decisions, navigate competing priorities and drive alignment on scope and direction.
Given our focus on the US market, you should be comfortable working directly with US customers and maintaining meaningful overlap with their working hours when required.
Experience in one or more of the following would be valuable:
AI Transformation requires Product Managers to operate across business understanding, product design, technology and execution.
Here, you will work on significant business problems and be responsible for understanding how the business operates, determining how AI can improve or transform it, and translating that understanding into products that can be deployed in the real world.
You will do this on top of an evolving enterprise AI platform. This means solving the immediate customer problem while also developing the judgment to determine what can be configured, what should be extended and what should become a reusable platform capability.
The role provides substantial ownership across the entire product lifecycle, direct exposure to senior US business and technology leaders, and the opportunity to work closely with engineering and AI teams on complex enterprise problems.
For Product Managers who enjoy combining business problem solving, product craft, technology and hands‑on execution, we offers the opportunity to take meaningful problems from initial ambiguity through to successful deployment.
