• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to switch between creative and technical thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for documenting and presenting design ideas.

The opportunity for you

• You’ll work across engineering, design, and other product teams to shape a scalable, secure, and flexible platform that can adapt to the evolving needs of our customers.
• You’ll define the long‑term vision for our core platform, ensuring it meets the needs of internal teams.
• You will deeply understand the problems you are handling via research, data and customer conversations, and work on defining the problems and solutions with the team, with a focus on reliability and extensibility.
• You will influence technical direction without having to write code and translating business goals into strong platform capabilities.

• 8+ years of product management experience working on platform, API, or developer‑focused products in a SaaS environment.
• Understand modern architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, event‑driven systems) and how they impact scalability, reliability, and security.
