As a Product Manager, you’ll work closely with product leaders, engineering, and design to ship user-facing experiences and platform capabilities across Slack & web, AI agents, and search. This role is ideal for someone who is AI-native by default, comfortable using modern AI tools to explore ideas, prototype workflows, and move from concept to execution faster.

What You’ll Do

• Drive execution end-to-end: Partner with engineering and design to take features from definition through launch and iteration.
• AI-assisted discovery: Use AI tools to explore solution spaces, generate specs, prototype interactions, and pressure-test ideas early.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with engineering, design, and GTM teams to keep delivery tight and focused.
• Iterate with users: Incorporate customer feedback quickly and continuously improve product behavior post-launch.

Who You Are

• Early-career product builder: 1–3 years of experience working in or closely with product teams (APM roles, internships, founder-adjacent roles, or similar).
• AI-native by default: You regularly use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Lovable, or similar to write PRDs, explore UX flows, prototype logic, and reason through edge cases.
• Product-minded technologist: Comfortable discussing APIs, data flows, and system behavior with engineers.
• User-first thinker: You care deeply about how products feel in real workflows, especially inside tools like Slack and web dashboards.
• Ownership mindset: You take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks, and are comfortable operating with partial context.
