Job summary

HuntingCube is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the roadmap for our core HR platform. You will partner with engineering, design, and data teams to ship products customers love, from discovery to launch and iteration.

You will translate problems into specs, define success metrics, run experiments, and communicate progress to leadership. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in PM, strong end-to-end delivery, and comfort with SQL/analytics.

• Strong track record shipping products end to end.
• Comfort with data — SQL/analytics to inform decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience working with distributed engineering teams.
