Job summary

Algoleap Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-enabled products supporting the Operations function. This role links business strategy with technical execution, defining what to build, why, and how it delivers measurable value across the Operations value chain.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise operations or supply chain.
• Ability to define strategy, roadmaps, and end-to-end delivery.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Experience with AI/ML product development and ERP platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for AI and digital products within Operations.
• Identify and prioritise product opportunities based on impact and feasibility.
• Translate Operations pain points into a coherent product strategy.
• Communicate roadmap and product direction to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Lead product discovery activities and maintain a prioritized backlog.
• Write epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria with Business Analysts.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineering, and Architecture on feasibility and value.
• Drive sprint reviews, demos, and feedback with Operations stakeholders.

This role bridges business strategy andtechnology execution — defining what to build, why to build it, and how itdelivers measurable value across the Operations value chain. The ProductManager works closely with Operations stakeholders, Data Scientists, andEngineering teams to ship impactful capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Defineand own the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for AI and digitalproducts within the Operations domain
• Identifyand prioritise product opportunities based on business impact, feasibility, andstrategic alignment
• TranslateOperations pain points and opportunities into a coherent product strategy
• Communicateroadmap and product direction to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Discovery &Backlog Management

• Leadproduct discovery activities including user research, journey mapping, andopportunity assessment
• Maintaina well-groomed, prioritised product backlog aligned to business value
• Writeclear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration withBusiness Analysts
• Makeprioritisation decisions based on data, stakeholder input, and strategicobjectives
• Act asthe primary product authority within Agile delivery teams
• Partnerwith Data Scientists to define AI product requirements, evaluate model outputs,and validate business value
• Collaboratewith Engineering and Architecture on technical feasibility and trade-offs
• Drivesprint reviews, demos, and feedback cycles with Operations stakeholders

Outcomes &Performance

• Defineand track product KPIs and OKRs to measure adoption, efficiency gains, andbusiness value realisation
• Gatherand synthesise post-launch feedback to inform iterative improvement
• Championa data-driven and user-centric product culture within the team

Qualifications & Experience

• 7–12years of product management experience, ideally with exposure to enterpriseoperations or supply chain systems
• Provenability to define product strategy, manage roadmaps, and drive end-to-enddelivery
• Strongexperience with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, Productboard)
• Familiaritywith AI/ML product development — understanding of model capabilities,limitations, and operationalisation
• Experiencewith ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, D365) or supply chain management systems isadvantageous
• Stronganalytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellentcommunication and storytelling skills with ability to influence withoutauthority
