Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the entire lifecycle of products from concept to launch. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end product development, collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams, and utilize data-driven decision-making to drive business growth. Strong experience in Agile methodologies and product management is essential.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of experience in Product Management or related role.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling products.
• Strong business acumen to balance customer needs with organizational goals.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working with cross‑functional Agile teams.
• Proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Productboard, or similar.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management, communication, and leadership.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data‑driven decision‑making and customer behaviour analysis.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance customer needs and organisational goals.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy.

• Define clear product requirements and maintain a prioritised backlog based on business value.

• Develop KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Drive data‑informed decision‑making through analytics and customer insights.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to develop go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies and product launch plans.
• Act as a thought leader and subject‑matter expert in product planning, design thinking, and Agile execution.

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of products from concept to launch. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in defining product vision, managing roadmaps, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and driving business growth through customer‑centric innovation.

You will serve as the bridge between business, technology, and design teams—translating customer needs into product features and ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle management— from ideation, requirements gathering, and prioritisation to delivery and go‑to‑market.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 7–8 years of experience in Product Management or a related role in technology, analytics, or digital transformation domains.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products (digital, SaaS, or enterprise‑grade solutions).
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working with cross‑functional Agile teams.
• Proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Productboard, or similar.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management, communication, and leadership.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data‑driven decision‑making and customer behaviour analysis.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance customer needs and organisational goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• CSPO®, Pragmatic Institute PM Certification, or equivalent professional certification.
• Experience working in B2B / SaaS / Analytics / AI‑driven products.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles, API integrations, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exposure to financial modelling, pricing strategy, or ROI analysis.
• Ability to mentor junior product managers or associate PMs.
