• Automation & Defect Management: Drive stabilization initiatives across entities including ENBD, EI, and international subsidiaries.
• Production Support: Triage and resolve critical production incidents.
• Production Support: Conduct root-cause analysis and reduce recurring defects.
• Production Support: Coordinate with Development teams on patches, upgrades, and defect resolution.
