About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Naukri Job Posting team and build products that help recruiters create, manage and optimise their hiring campaigns.

This is a hands-on product role where you will work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science and Business teams to identify customer problems, translate them into product solutions and drive execution from idea to launch.

The ideal candidate is highly data-driven, comfortable working with technology and excited about applying AI/ML to solve real customer and business problems.

What You’ll Do

• Own and drive product initiatives across the Naukri Job Posting experience, from problem discovery to execution and measurement.
• Work closely with Tech, Design and Data Science to build intuitive, scalable and data-driven products.

• Strong experience working with Engineering and Design teams and understanding technical trade-offs.
• Experience working with Data Science / ML teams and familiarity with AI/ML concepts.
