What You’ll Do

• Own and execute the product growth roadmap for 33Careers.com — focusing on user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Identify and implement growth strategies that drive traffic, sign‑ups, and conversions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to deliver impactful product updates and new features.
• Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, SEO data, and performance metrics to uncover insights and improve outcomes.
• Plan and execute A/B tests, feature launches, and UX improvements based on research and analytics.
• Drive the development of features that help candidates find jobs faster and companies hire smarter.
• Partner with marketing to create data‑backed growth campaigns that align with product goals.
• Track, report, and optimize KPIs such as user sign‑ups, activation rate, job postings, and premium conversions.

What You’ll Bring

• 3–6 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in IT recruitment, job portals, or HR tech.
• Proven experience scaling website traffic and user growth.
