About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, committed, and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury furniture design, a deep understanding of materials and craftsmanship, and a passion for creating distinctive, high-end design solutions.

This role offers the opportunity to work on bespoke residential and commercial projects, translating creative concepts into thoughtfully designed spaces and furniture pieces that combine aesthetics, functionality, ergonomics, and luxury.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Management

• Lead and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams, production team, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and ensure design intent is maintained from concept to execution.

Luxury Furniture Expertise

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of furniture design, ergonomics, proportions, construction techniques, and industry standards.
• Develop bespoke furniture pieces that balance functionality, aesthetics, durability, and craftsmanship.
• Collaborate with in-house teams on custom furniture and integrated product development.

Design Development & Planning

• Develop innovative design concepts for luxury residential and commercial projects.
• Translate design ideas into detailed drawings, technical specifications, and execution-ready documentation.
• Ensure design accuracy, practicality, and consistency throughout the development process.

Technical Skills & Software Proficiency

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Rhinoceros 3D (Rhino) for precise technical drawings, shop drawings, and 3D modelling.
• Ability to develop detailed drawings and communicate design intent effectively to production and execution teams.
• Familiarity with visualization tools and rendering workflows is an advantage.

AI & Digital Design Tools

• Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools and platforms to enhance creativity, streamline workflows, and improve productivity.
• Ability to leverage emerging technologies for concept development, visualization, and design exploration.

Material Research & Selection

• Strong understanding of premium materials, finishes, textures, fabrics, hardware, and furniture construction.
• Stay updated on design trends, material innovations, and future design forecasts.
• Curate high-quality materials and finishes that align with the brand’s design philosophy and luxury positioning.

Factory Visits & Site Coordination

• Be open to regular factory visits, site inspections, and travel as required.
• Work closely with internal production team, craftsmen, vendors, and site teams to ensure design accuracy and quality execution.
• Resolve technical and design-related challenges during production and installation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Interior Design, Furniture Design, or a related discipline.
• 3–4+ years of relevant experience in luxury furniture design or high-end interior projects.
• A strong portfolio showcasing completed residential and commercial projects, bespoke furniture, and design development.
• Excellent project management, communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
