Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in driving product development, product management, product ownership or a closely related role.
• Demonstrated experience taking product initiatives from discovery/requirements through development and delivery with cross functional teams.
• Strong understanding of Product Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business or a related discipline.
• Healthcare industry experience or exposure to healthcare/MedTech/EdTech/HealthTech may be preferred.
• Postgraduate qualification in Management, Product Management or a relevant field will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy, roadmap and prioritisation across MediSim VR’s product portfolio, translating business, institutional and clinical training needs into actionable product priorities.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholder coordination across Leadership, Clinical experts, Technology and Institutional Engagement teams, ensuring alignment on product priorities, requirements, dependencies and updates.
• Drive product development and execution through the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC), including PRDs, workflows, development coordination and release planning.
• Coordinate and support the Product team by providing direction across product activities, aligning priorities and strengthening product processes.
• Drive product discovery and continuous improvement through user and institutional feedback, market and competitor research, product usage insights and validation activities.
• Ensure product quality and delivery by working with Technology and QA on testing, issue resolution, and ongoing product improvements.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Associate to strengthen our Product function and support the development and growth of MediSim VR’s product portfolio. The role will work at the intersection of product strategy, user needs, technology and business priorities. The ideal candidate should be capable of taking ownership of product initiatives, translating requirements into actionable product plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving products through the development lifecycle. This is a senior product role with significant product ownership and cross-functional responsibility, with opportunities to progressively take ownership of larger product initiatives and product lines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive product strategy, roadmap and prioritisation across MediSim VR’s product portfolio, translating business, institutional and clinical training needs into actionable product priorities.
2. Lead cross-functional stakeholder coordination across Leadership, Clinical experts, Technology and Institutional Engagement teams, ensuring alignment on product priorities, requirements, dependencies and updates.

1. Develop product positioning and communication including product narratives, value propositions, presentations, demos, proposals and product collateral.
2. Coordinate research, evidence, IP and product documentation including research initiatives, academic collaborations, publications, patents, legal/compliance requirements and key product records.
   

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in driving product development, product management, product ownership or a closely related role.
• Demonstrated experience taking product initiatives from discovery/requirements through development and delivery with cross functional teams.
• Strong understanding of Product Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business or a related discipline.
• Healthcare industry experience or exposure to healthcare/MedTech/ EdTech/HealthTech maybe preferred
• A postgraduate qualification in Management, Product Management or a relevant field will be an advantage.

Technical & Product Skills

• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development practices.
• Ability to create PRDs, user stories, workflows, process maps and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with product analytics, user research and data-driven product decisions.
• Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI tools and emerging AI applications, with the ability to identify and evaluate opportunities to integrate AI into product development and user experiences.
• Hands-on experience with product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Miro, Figma or equivalent.
• Product Management / Agile certification is an advantage.
