Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
• Experience in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and procurement software.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; on-site Mumbai.
• Master's degree preferred; CPSM/C.P.M. a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for key commodities and services
• Lead complex supplier negotiations to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels


• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities


• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software


• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies


• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required


• Work from office in Mumbai required


• Master's degree preferred


• CPSM or C.P.M. certification is a plus
