Purpose of the role: Looking for a candidate with experience in Equipment Maintenance & Repair (EMR) operations, responsible for managing daily operations, monitoring KPIs/SLAs, handling vendor and stakeholder queries, and ensuring smooth container maintenance and repair processes. The role requires strong stakeholder management, operational reporting and analytics, process improvement, compliance adherence, and the ability to drive operational excellence through standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Experience in logistics, container operations, vendor management, and performance reporting is preferred.
