Qualifications

• 25 years of relevant experience in R2R, Cash Accounting, Bank Reconciliation, General Accounting, or Financial Close Operations.
• Hands-on experience with electronic bank statements, cash clearing, unallocated cash, suspense accounts, journal entries, and balance-sheet reconciliations.
• Experience with SAP Financial Accounting is preferred.
• Exposure to FEBAN or similar reconciliation tools will be an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Handle electronic bank statement processing and cash-clearing activities, including FEBAN post-processing where applicable.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations in SAP and ensure accuracy of bank statement information.
• Investigate and triage standard reconciliation exceptions, identify discrepancies, and escalate complex issues.
• Investigate and resolve eligible unallocated or unidentified cash transactions with proper supporting documentation.
• Reconcile bank-clearing and suspense general ledger accounts and coordinate with relevant teams for outstanding items.
• Prepare approved cash-related journal entries, reconciliation schedules, and month-end close documentation.
• Maintain aged-item status and adhere to daily processing timelines and close calendar.
• Follow internal controls, escalation procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Ensure timely resolution of reconciliation breaks and support month-end closing activities.

Senior Process Associate R2R

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Process Associate with relevant experience in Record to Report (R2R), Cash Accounting, Bank Reconciliation, and General Accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in electronic bank statement processing, cash clearing, reconciliation activities, and financial close operations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle routine, rules-based electronic bank statement processing and cash-clearing activities, including FEBAN post-processing wherever approved matching rules are applicable.

Perform daily bank reconciliation activities and ensure the accuracy and completeness of electronic bank statement information in SAP.

Conduct initial investigation and triage of standard reconciliation exceptions, identify discrepancies, and elevate complex issues to the appropriate stakeholders.

Investigate and resolve eligible unallocated or unidentified cash transactions while maintaining proper supporting documentation.

Reconcile bank-clearing and suspense general ledger accounts and coordinate with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Treasury, and other relevant teams for outstanding items.

Prepare approved cash-related journal entries, reconciliation schedules, and month‑end close supporting documentation.

Maintain aged‑item status and ensure adherence to daily processing timelines and financial close calendar requirements.

Follow established internal controls, escalation procedures, and operational guidelines.

Ensure timely resolution of reconciliation breaks and support month‑end and financial closing activities.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration from a recognized university.

25 years of relevant experience in R2R, Cash Accounting, Bank Reconciliation, General Accounting, or Financial Close Operations.

Practical knowledge of electronic bank statements, cash clearing, unallocated cash, suspense accounts, journal entries, and balance‑sheet reconciliations.

Hands‑on experience with SAP Financial Accounting is preferred.

Exposure to FEBAN, electronic bank statement processing, BlackLine, or similar reconciliation tools will be an added advantage.

Knowledge of financial close calendars, internal controls, supporting documentation, and issue/escalation management.

Strong analytical, numerical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work accurately under daily operational and month‑end closing deadlines.

Ability to differentiate routine operational activities from complex accounting issues and escalates them appropriately.

Compensation & other Details

TC: Up to 7.5 LPA.

Notice Period: Immediate joiners required.

Experience: 25 years.

Preferred Candidates: Candidates with strong R2R and Cash Accounting experience, particularly in SAP, bank reconciliation, and financial close operations is required
