International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) in Gurgaon, India, is seeking an experienced R2R professional with 4–6 years of experience to manage closing, reporting, and journal entries in SAP ERP. The role operates on a US shift and is a work-from-office model.

The incumbent will handle Balance Sheets, Month-End Close, Inter-Company, Fixed Assets, and Cash Reconciliations, and coordinate audits while managing expectations of stakeholders and preparing updates for Management reviews.

• B.Com with 4–6 years of R2R experience.
• Experience in Balance Sheets, Month-End Close, FA, Inter-Company, and Cash Reconciliations.
• Posting Journal entries in ERP SAP.

B.com graduate with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in the Record to Report (R2R) domain.

Location: Gurgaon

Shift Timings: U.S Shift

Work Model: WFO

ERP- SAP ( Mandate)

( Immediate Joiners Required )

Experience in preparing Balance Sheets, handling Month-End Close, Fixed Assets, Inter-Company, and Cash Reconciliations.

Posting Journal entries and recording the transaction in the ERP.

Proven expertise in coordinating audits and managing customer expectations.

Demonstrated expertise in managing report updates for Management reviews
