Job summary

IBM India Private Limited, Bangalore, is seeking a Senior Process Analyst - Record to Report (R2R) with 3–6 years of experience in finance. You will handle general accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

You will coordinate activities across GL, fixed assets, inter-company, cash and bank, and support audits, with a focus on delivering reliable management information and adherence to client SLAs.

Qualifications

Commerce graduate with 4–6 years of experience in the Record to Report (R2R) domain.
Experience in preparing Balance Sheets, handling Month-End Close, Fixed Assets, Inter-Company, and Cash Reconciliations.
Posting Journal entries and recording the transaction in the ERP.
Proven expertise in coordinating audits and managing customer expectations.
Demonstrated expertise in managing report updates for Management reviews.

Your role and responsibilities

As Senior Process Analyst - Record to Report (R2R), you are responsible for general accounting which includes reconciliations, preparation of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss account, Fixed Assets accounting, Inter-Company accounting, Cash & Bank Accounting financial analysis and reporting.

Co-ordinate all accounting activities associated with General Ledger particularly fixed assets, inter-company, inventory, cash and bank, indirect tax, and accruals.
Identify risks or opportunities to revenues, cost and profitability, and propose appropriate actions.
Adhere to client SLA's (Service Level Agreements) and timelines.
