Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Senior Process Analyst - Record to Report (R2R), your responsibilities include general accounting tasks such as reconciliations, preparing Balance Sheets and Profit and Loss statements, Fixed Assets accounting, Inter-Company accounting, Cash & Bank accounting, financial analysis, and reporting.

Your Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate all accounting activities related to the General Ledger, including fixed assets, inter-company transactions, inventory, cash and bank, indirect taxes, and accruals.
• Identify risks or opportunities related to revenues, costs, and profitability, and recommend appropriate actions.
• Ensure adherence to client SLA's (Service Level Agreements) and deadlines.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Commerce graduate with 4-6 years of experience in the Record to Report (R2R) domain.
• Experience in preparing Balance Sheets, handling Month-End Close, Fixed Assets, Inter-Company, and Cash Reconciliations.
• Proficiency in posting journal entries and recording transactions in ERP systems.
• Experience in coordinating audits and managing customer expectations.
• Ability to manage report updates for management reviews.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP software as an end-user.
