How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:

• Drives the execution of strategic initiatives, manages cross-functional projects, and ensures effective communication and collaboration across the organization.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to provide critical support in decision-making processes and streamlining operations to enhance organizational efficiency
• Collaborating with the executive team to develop, implement, and monitor strategic plans and initiatives
• Identifying and addressing potential obstacles to achieving strategic objectives
• Contributing to and potentially managing high-impact projects
• Coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, and developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Additional responsibilities include, preparing and reviewing presentations, reports, and other communication materials, organizing and managing executive meetings, overseeing the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures, ensuring efficient use of resources, conducting research and analysis to support decision-making processes, and mentoring and developing junior staff members to foster a culture of continuous improvement are also essential duties.
• Recognized master in professional discipline typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.
• May have up to one direct report.
• Establishing operational plans for sub-function area.
• Developing and implementing new products, processes, standards or operational plans that will have impact on the achievement of functional results.
• Potential communication with leadership.
  

About you

Qualifications:

• University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience. Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in insurance or financial services industry.
• Master's degree preferred.
