Job summary

Bristlecone India Limited is seeking an Associate Principal - SAP to lead SAP S/4HANA PP/QM implementations and ongoing management. You will guide clients through digital transformation, tailoring PP and QM configurations to their production planning and quality management needs.

The role requires extensive experience with S/4HANA, cross-functional collaboration with MM, SD and FI, and a strong track record in delivering SAP projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in SAP PP and QM with S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong functional configuration skills in SAP PP and QM modules (production orders, planning strategies, quality inspection plans).
• Experience integrating SAP PP/QM with MM, SD, and FI modules.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities; proactive in issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure SAP S/4HANA PP and QM solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand production planning and quality management needs.
• Configure and customize SAP PP and QM module settings for optimal functionality and integration.
• Provide training and support to end-users for SAP PP/QM functionalities.
• Conduct system testing and validation for new implementations and enhancements.
• Manage integration of SAP PP/QM with other SAP modules (MM, SD, FI).
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain SAP system integrity.
• Perform regular system maintenance and updates to optimize performance and stability.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation including configuration guides and user manuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP PP and QM, with a strong focus on S/4HANA implementations.
• Exceptional functional configuration skills in SAP PP (production orders, planning strategies) and QM (quality inspection plans, certificates).
• Proven experience in integrating SAP PP and QM with other modules, including MM, SD, and FI.
• Strong project management skills, with a successful track record in full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA data migration processes, particularly for production planning and quality management data.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• A results-driven mindset, with a track record of delivering successful SAP projects on time and within budget.
