Qualifications

Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, shop floor control and related logistics.
Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery frameworks.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/CS/Business; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, configuration, and rollout of SAP S/4HANA PP solutions across greenfield and brownfield projects.
Manage a team of functional consultants, developers, and analysts to deliver high‑quality deliverables on schedule.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust PP processes and system enhancements.
Develop and enforce project governance, risk management, and quality assurance practices.
Drive integration efforts with other S/4HANA modules (MM, SD, QM, FICO) to ensure seamless end‑to‑end processes.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge‑transfer activities for client teams.
Monitor project performance metrics and provide regular status reports to senior leadership.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for SAP PP best practices.
Support post‑go‑live support, hypercare, and stabilization activities.
Represent Bristlecone in client meetings, proposals, and pre‑sales engagements as a subject‑matter expert.

Qualifications

15+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP PP, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.
Proven track record of delivering successful greenfield and brownfield SAP S/4HANA PP implementations.
Deep functional knowledge of production planning, scheduling, shop floor control, and related logistics processes.
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, integration points, and migration strategies.
Excellent leadership, people‑management, and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery frameworks.
Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – Production Planning).
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem‑solving abilities.
