Job summary

Bristlecone India Limited seeks an experienced SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Lead to own supply and OBP initiatives. You will design, configure, deploy, test, and support IBP, ensuring smooth integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC.

You will lead projects, mentor consultants, and drive improvements, aligning with business strategies and KPIs. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in a fast-paced client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SAP IBP with at least 5 years in lead/architect roles.
• Deep expertise in Supply Planning and OBP concepts.
• Hands-on IBP integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
• Proven track record delivering full-life-cycle IBP implementations.
• Strong supply chain, forecasting, and inventory optimization knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills. SAP IBP cert preferred.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of consultants/analysts.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business; Master’s is a plus.

Responsibilities

The role involves end‑to‑end ownership of supply planning and order‑based planning (OBP) initiatives, from solution design and configuration to deployment, testing, and post‑go‑live support, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure SAP IBP Supply Planning and OBP models aligned with business requirements.
