Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and deploy solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI in Hyderabad. You will build workflows, craft data models with Dataverse, and integrate with Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements, ensure security and governance, and contribute to agile ceremonies while maintaining documentation and optimising existing Power Platform solutions.

Qualifications

Power Platform Developer (Power Apps | Power Automate | Copilot)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model Driven)
• Build and maintain workflows and integrations using Power Automate
• Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Design and manage data models using Dataverse
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure, and third party systems
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
• Ensure security, performance, scalability, and governance best practices
• Maintain documentation and participate in agile ceremonies
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing Power Platform solutions

Required Skills

• Strong hands on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Experience working with Dataverse and data modeling concepts
• Knowledge of connectors, APIs, and integrations
• Familiarity with Power Platform security, roles, and environments
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams integrations
• Understanding of ALM, version control, and CI/CD for Power Platform
• Good problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

• Experience with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure SQL)
• Knowledge of PCF (PowerApps Component Framework)
• Exposure to Power Platform CoE toolkit
