Job summary

Technomatic is seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer to design, build and support automated workflows, data‑driven dashboards and apps for business processes in Pune, India.

You will implement Power Automate flows, canvas/model‑driven Power Apps, and develop Power BI reports while integrating with Dataverse, SharePoint and SQL Server. Strong SDLC discipline and stakeholder‑management are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate: cloud flows, approvals, triggers, actions and error handling.
• Experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑Driven Apps).
• Strong Power BI skills: data modeling, Power Query, DAX, dashboards.
• Working knowledge of Dataverse and SharePoint.
• Experience with SQL Server or relational databases and data integration.
• Understanding of REST APIs and system integration concepts.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer with 3+ years of hands‑on experience in Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI. The candidate will design, develop, deploy and support business applications, automated workflows and data‑driven dashboards that improve operational efficiency and business decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated business workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Build canvas and model‑driven applications using Microsoft Power Apps based on business requirements.
• Develop interactive Power BI reports, dashboards and data visualizations.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server and other business systems.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into scalable Power Platform solutions.
• Configure connectors, APIs and data integrations, including custom connectors where required.
• Implement security, permissions, environment management and governance standards.
• Perform troubleshooting, testing, deployment and production support for Power Platform solutions.
• Optimize existing flows, apps and reports for performance, reliability and maintainability.
• Prepare technical documentation and contribute to reusable solution components and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of professional experience working with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Power Automate, including cloud flows, approvals, triggers, actions and error handling.
• Strong experience developing Power Apps, preferably both Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
• Good experience with Power BI, including data modeling, Power Query, DAX and dashboard development.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and SharePoint.
• Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases and data integration concepts.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON and system integration concepts.
• Good understanding of SDLC, testing, deployment and production support.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Good to Have

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as PL-400, PL-300 or related certifications.
• Experience with Power Platform solutions, solutions management and ALM practices.
• Exposure to Azure services, Azure DevOps or CI/CD for Power Platform.
• Experience with CoE/governance, environment strategy and Power Platform administration.
• Exposure to AI Builder, Power Virtual Agents/Copilot Studio or other Power Platform capabilities.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
