Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking a Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer with 5+ years of experience to design, develop, and support enterprise Power Platform solutions across Finance, PMO, Governance, Compliance, and Business Operations.

You will build workflows, automate processes, and craft reporting using Power BI and Dataverse, while integrating SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, Jira, and ServiceNow. Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development experience.
• Strong expertise in Power Automate, Model-Driven Apps, and Power BI.
• Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, and REST APIs.
• Experience building enterprise business applications and workflow automation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power Platform solutions with Power Automate, Model-Driven Apps, and Power BI.
• Build workflow automation, business applications, and operational reporting.
• Design and maintain Dataverse tables, relationships, forms, views, rules, and security roles.
• Integrate Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, SQL Server, Jira, ServiceNow, and Azure DevOps.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, Graph API, custom connectors, and OAuth.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and deliver scalable Power Platform solutions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and support Power Platform applications.

Job Description Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer Position Title: Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer Experience: 5+ Years Location: Offshore Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer with expertise in Power Platform, Power Automate, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, and Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background designing, developing, and supporting enterprise business applications, workflow automation, and reporting solutions that improve operational efficiency across Finance, PMO, Governance, Compliance, and Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power Platform solutions using Power Automate, Model Driven Apps, and Power BI.
• Build workflow automation, business applications, and operational reporting solutions.
• Design and maintain Dataverse tables, relationships, forms, views, business rules, and security roles.
• Integrate Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, SQL Server, Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and other enterprise applications.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, Custom Connectors, and OAuth authentication.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable Power Platform solutions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and support enterprise Power Platform applications.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow Power Platform governance and security best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development experience.
• Strong experience developing Power Automate workflows, Model-Driven Apps, and Power BI solutions.
• Experience working with Dataverse, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, and REST APIs.
• Experience developing enterprise business applications and workflow automation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Graph API, Custom Connectors, Azure DevOps, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Microsoft Fabric, or PowerShell.
• Microsoft Power Platform Certifications.
• Experience integrating Jira, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
