Qualifications

Responsibilities

INTRODUCTION and WHAT YOU WILL DO (Job Responsibilities)

Key Responsibilities:

Development & Administration:

• Design, develop, and implement Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Administer the Power Platform environment, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance with guidance from the power platform architect.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for existing Power Platform applications and workflows.
• Mentor, train, and help upskill other team members within the power platform team.
• Deliver citizen developer training and lead office hours sessions with the citizen developer community
• Stay current with the latest Power Platform features and best practices and apply them to ongoing projects.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement using RPA in conjunction with Power Platform tools.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Create and maintain technical documentation for developed applications and workflows.
• Assist in preparing reports and dashboards to track project progress and performance metrics.

WHO YOU ARE (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant Power Platform certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Solution Architect).
• 5+ years of experience in developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts and tools.
• Experience with Co-Pilot Studio and other AI toolsets.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in integrating Power Platform solutions with Azure services.
• Experience with middleware tools for integrations is a big plus.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Power Platform environments for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related processes.
