Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field.
2 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
Hands-on with PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven) and Power Automate Cloud.
Experience with Power Automate Desktop (RPA) and automation workflows.
Familiarity with SharePoint, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and support business automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience with PowerApps and Power Automate, including both Cloud Flows and Power Automate Desktop (RPA) solutions.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and deliver scalable automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft PowerApps.
Build and manage automated workflows using Power Automate Cloud Flows.
Develop and support Power Automate Desktop (PAD) bots for robotic process automation (RPA).
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to applications and workflows.
Perform testing, deployment, and documentation of developed solutions.
Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards are followed within the Power Platform environment.
Collaborate with business users to identify automation opportunities and process improvements.
Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and user training where required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
Strong hands‑on experience in:
PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
Power Automate Cloud
Power Automate Desktop
Experience in workflow automation and RPA implementation.
Knowledge of SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft 365 ecosystem, and API integrations.
Familiarity with connectors, approvals, triggers, and scheduled flows.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
