Job summary

r3 Consultant is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to design, build, and deliver end-to-end solutions on Power Platform stack including PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Power BI. You will also extend SharePoint integrations and contribute to architecture and governance in an Agile-Scrum setup.

The role requires 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint migrations, REST/OData, CSOM/JSOM, and related tooling.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on Power Platform development experience.
• Experience with SharePoint migrations and REST/OData integrations.
• Strong knowledge of CSOM/JSOM and security considerations.
• Ability to design end-to-end Power Platform solutions in an Agile setup.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end Power Platform solutions.
• Customize SharePoint and build integrations using REST/OData, OAuth2.0, CSOM/JSOM, and PowerShell.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI, Dynamics 365, Teams).
• Customize and extend SharePoint (modern sites, lists, libraries, web parts) and build integrations using REST/OData, OAuth2.0, CSOM/JSOM, and PowerShell.
• Provide architecture, configuration, administration, security hardening, and documentation; own project estimates, timelines, and client communications.
• Lead SharePoint migrations, workflow design (Nintex/SharePoint Designer), and support cross-functional teams in an Agile-Scrum environment.
