Persistent is seeking a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer in Pune to design, develop, and implement enterprise solutions using Power Platform technologies. You will work with stakeholders and teams to build scalable apps, automate processes, and deliver digital transformation using low-code and cloud tech.

You will design Power Apps, automate flows with Power Automate, manage Dataverse data, and build Power BI dashboards. Strong Azure, API integrations, and ALM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of application development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
• Experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) and Power Automate.
• Experience with Dataverse, governance configurations, and security.
• Proficiency in Power BI reports/dashboards; Azure knowledge.

About Position:

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to build scalable applications, automate business processes, and deliver digital transformation initiatives using low-code and cloud technologies. The role requires hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Azure services, and modern development practices, along with the ability to leverage AI-powered tools such as GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity and solution delivery.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
• Develop and automate business processes using Power Automate workflows.
• Build and maintain Dataverse solutions, entities, business rules, relationships, and security models.
• Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, business analysts, and architects to understand requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Create integrations with enterprise systems, databases, Microsoft 365 services, SharePoint, and third-party applications using APIs and custom connectors.
• Configure and manage data models, security roles, permissions, and governance controls.
• Participate in solution architecture discussions, technical reviews, estimation activities, and project planning sessions.
• Perform unit testing, support SIT and UAT activities, and ensure successful solution deployment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve production incidents, and provide ongoing application support.
• Implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) best practices and deployment processes.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, deployment, and release management.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, usability, and security.
• Leverage GitHub Copilot and AI-enabled development practices to improve development efficiency and code quality.
• Ensure solutions adhere to organizational standards, governance policies, and security requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to innovation within the Power Platform ecosystem.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in application development, business solutions, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
• Extensive experience with Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps).
• Strong knowledge of Power Automate workflow development and process automation.
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, entity modeling, relationships, and security configurations.
• Hands-on experience creating Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of Azure services and cloud-based application architectures.
• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, external APIs, and enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of custom connectors, REST APIs, and integration patterns.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices.
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development workflows.
• Strong understanding of application security, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum delivery environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
