Job summary

Honeybee Tech Solutions in Pune invites a Senior Power Platform Engineer to design, develop, and support secure, scalable business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Power BI.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust solutions, implement governance, ALM practices, and deliver AI-enabled automation leveraging Azure OpenAI and AI Builder.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform to design, develop, integrate, deploy and support secure, scalable business apps.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to implement governance, ALM, and CI/CD practices for Power Platform solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, Copilot/Power Virtual Agents, and AI Builder.
• Build Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps based on business requirements.
• Develop cloud flows and automation using Power Automate.
• Design Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, and analytical solutions.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise apps using APIs, Azure Integration Services, API Management, and Custom Connectors.
• Develop reusable components using Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).
• Work with Azure OpenAI, AI Builder, and Azure Document Intelligence for AI-enabled automation and document processing.
• Implement Power Platform security, governance, environment strategy, and data protection.
• Follow ALM, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and deployment best practices.
• Analyze data sources and improve data quality, collection, transformation, and processing.
• Create technical documentation including data mappings, data dictionaries, architecture, configurations, and support procedures.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Identify opportunities for component reuse, standardization, automation, and technical debt reduction.
• Collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders in an Agile environment.
