Job summary

Birlasoft Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Architect to lead Performance Strategy & Architecture and Performance Testing & Engineering initiatives. You will design enterprise-wide performance frameworks, establish KPIs and SLAs, and orchestrate large-scale load, stress and capacity tests.

You will analyze results, identify bottlenecks, and guide optimizations with DevOps, DBAs and engineering teams.

• Review application architecture to identify performance risks during the SDLC.
• Analyze performance test results and provide bottleneck analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute Load, Stress, Volume, Endurance/Soak, Spike, Scalability and Capacity tests.
• Develop reusable performance testing frameworks and scripts.
• Create realistic workload models and user behavior simulations.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, DBA, and DevOps teams to resolve performance issues.

Sr Architect Area(s) of responsibility

Performance Strategy & Architecture

• Define and implement enterprise-wide Performance Testing and Engineering frameworks.
• Establish performance benchmarks, KPIs, SLAs, and NFRs.
• Design end-to-end performance testing strategies for complex, large-scale applications.
• Review application architecture and identify performance risks during the SDLC lifecycle.
• Provide recommendations for performance optimization and scalability improvements.

• Design and execute:
