Job summary

Infosys in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned Performance Test Lead to design, develop, and execute performance tests using JMeter and LoadRunner. You will define strategies, run load tests, analyze bottlenecks, and present findings to stakeholders.

Collaborate with DevOps, DBAs, and infra teams to optimize performance, integrate testing into CI/CD, and monitor systems via APM tools. Candidates should be strong in SQL, REST, and Linux/Unix environments.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Performance Testing.
• Hands-on expertise with Apache JMeter and/or Micro Focus LoadRunner.
• Experience in creating and maintaining performance testing scripts.
• Strong understanding of Load, Stress, Endurance, Spike, and Volume Testing.
• Experience analyzing response times, throughput, CPU, memory, disk utilization, and network metrics.
