Qualifications

• 12+ years total experience in software/IT
• Minimum 5 years in performance engineering (banking domain mandatory)
• Expertise in performance tuning, monitoring, scalability, distributed systems
• Experience delivering high‑performing, resilient enterprise solutions
• Education as stated (mandatory) with additional MBA preferred

The role demands expertise in performance tuning, monitoring, scalability, and distributed systems , with proven ability to deliver high‑performing, resilient, and scalable enterprise solutions .

Education Qualification (Mandatory):

BE/BTech in Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronics & Communications Engineering, or equivalent discipline

MCA / MTech / MSc in Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics & Communications Engineering from a recognized University/Institute

Additional Qualification (Preferred): MBA

Architect and design performance frameworks across enterprise applications and distributed systems.
