Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Develop strategies to improve ROAS, ROI, CPL, CPA, CTR, and overall campaign performance.
• Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively.
• Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for scaling and optimization.
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.
• Take ownership of lead generation, conversion, and revenue-focused campaigns.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of performance marketers.
• Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
• Train team members on campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and best practices.
• Coordinate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
