Crescendo Global is seeking a Senior Performance Engineer for a Gurugram-based hybrid role. You will lead performance testing efforts for web and enterprise apps, designing test plans and scripts, and collaborating with developers to resolve bottlenecks.

The role requires 10+ years of experience and expertise in JMeter, LoadRunner, Neoload, and monitoring tools. You will mentor peers, drive optimization strategies, and contribute to scalable, reliable systems in a dynamic, inclusive environment.
