Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in Pega development.
• Strong experience with Pega PRPC / Pega Platform (version 7.x/8.x or above).
• Proficiency in Case management & BPM concepts.
• Data modeling experience.
• Experience with Pega integration tools (REST, SOAP, Connectors/Services).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• CSA (Certified System Architect) – required; CSSA – preferred.
