Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Pega development, with focus on Pega PRPC.
• CSSA or higher certification preferred.
• Experience designing complex workflows and case management.
• Proficient in Pega rules, data modeling, and UI design.
• Strong integration knowledge: REST and SOAP.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Pega rules, including flows, data models, and user interfaces.

• Strong understanding of integration techniques, including REST and SOAP.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Pega Customer Service and Pega Marketing modules.
• Familiarity with cloud-based Pega deployments.
• Knowledge of Java, SQL, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
