We are looking for a Senior Pega Developer with strong hands-on experience in building and delivering enterprise-grade Pega applications. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable BPM and case management solutions, working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Pega applications using best practices and guardrails
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Pega solutions (design → development → deployment)
• Build and configure workflows, case types, decision rules, UI components, and integrations
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure application quality through unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning
• Integrate Pega with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, messaging, and microservices
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and solution design workshops

Key Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Pega development
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Pega rules (flows, activities, data transforms, decision tables)
• Experience with Pega frameworks (e.g., Customer Service, Smart Dispute, Sales Automation) is a plus
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design and application architecture
• Experience in system integrations (REST, SOAP, Kafka, or messaging systems)
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
