Responsibilities

• Integrate Pega applications with external systems using SOAP, REST, MQ, TCP, and HTTP protocols.
• Develop and maintain reusable assets perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to IT governance standards.
• Utilize Pega OOTB integrations, data mapping, and Rules Resolution for optimized performance.
• Monitor and improve system performance using tools like PAL, Log Analyzer, and DB Tracer.
• Manage administrative tasks through SMA and support performance tuning activities.
• Configure and maintain Pega authentication, authorization, and BIX for data extraction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-performing enterprise solutions.
