Job summary

SP Software in Bengaluru is seeking a Pega Developer with 7-9 years of IT experience and strong hands-on Pega development. You will contribute to Pega PRPC / Platform application development and build scalable workflows and case management solutions.

The role requires deep knowledge of Pega rules, data transforms, flows, declare expressions, data pages, and REST/SOAP integrations. You will work in an Agile SDLC environment, focusing on debugging, performance tuning and delivering

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of IT experience with strong hands-on Pega development.
• Strong experience in Pega PRPC / Pega Platform application development.
• Hands-on experience in building and configuring Pega workflows and case management solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Pega rules, including Activities, Data Transforms, Flows and Flow Actions, Decide Rules, Declare Expressions, Data Pages, Report Definitions.
• Experience with Pega application configuration and business process automation.
• Knowledge of Pega integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience in application debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Pega architecture and application development best practices.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of Pega DevOps, deployment pipelines, and application release management.
• Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), Healthcare, or other enterprise domains.
• Experience with Pega application performance optimization and production support.
