• Lead successful project releases and manage team deliverables.
• Design Pega applications, process flows, SLAs, and skill-based routing.
• Define class structures, data models, indexing, and reporting.
• Implement application security using access groups, roles, and privileges.
• Manage ruleset hierarchy and develop reusable Pega components.
• Integrate Pega with databases and external systems via SOAP, REST APIs, JMS, MQ.
• Follow SDLC processes, deployment procedures, code reviews, Guardrails, and AES practices.
• Work with Pega frameworks: CS, CSHC, CWS, CMF.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Pega Custom Software Engineer with strong hands‑on expertise in Pega application development, system integration, release management, and team leadership. The candidate should have experience designing scalable applications, orchestrating workflows, implementing security, and delivering high‑quality solutions in an Agile environment.
