Credera seeks an accomplished Pega Architect (CLSA) to lead enterprise-scale Pega applications across LSA, UI modernization, and infrastructure domains. The role spans architecture, development, and governance for multi-environment deployments, including Production.

The ideal candidate holds LSA certification with 10+ years in Pega, 8+ years hands-on Pega experience, and 3–5 large implementations. Strong infra, AI familiarity, and agile delivery skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the development team with technical guidance
• Architect and design business applications using Pega PRPC and related frameworks
• Create technical designs and review infrastructure requirements
• Collaborate with Solution Architect for end-to-end Pega apps
• Understand customer tech landscape and position Pega within architecture
• Estimate and design enterprise class structures aligned with standards
• Code review, optimization, performance analysis and defect logging
• Ensure scalability and future feature enhancements
• Prepare HLDs and gather non-functional requirements (NFRs)
• Oversee deployment across environments including Production
• Provide time/resource estimates and advise on dependencies/risks

We are looking for an accomplished Pega Architect (CLSA) with proven expertise in architecting and developing enterprise-scale Pega applications. Serves as a cross-functional role spanning LSA, Constellation/UI Modernization, and Infrastructure Architecture.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Essential Technical Qualification:

• Mandatory - Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) (both Part 1 & 2)
• Overall 10+years and 8+ years relevant Pega experience and at least 3-5 Pega projects implementation.
• Pega experience across versions 8.6.6 to Pega Infinity 25.1 and above.
• Proven experience in architecting and implementing end-to-end Pega solutions in large-scale enterprise

environments.

• Strong expertise in Infrastructure Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Pega Constellation OR UI Modernization Specialist.
• Familiar with Generative AI tools and capabilities.
• Experience in solutions development on Pega using Pega forms, workflows, data models, layer cake,

integration and Pega mobility.

• Hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, coding,

integration, implementation, and deployment within Pega environments.

• Strong understanding of Case management concepts, Activities, Flows, SSO Integrations, Connectors, Services

and Data Interactions.

• Debugging Skills & User Interfaces in PRPC. Experience of integrating Pega with other Technology Platforms.
• Experience in working on Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with building security first solutions, authorisation, identity, encryption, authentication, OWASP,

SSOA and RBAC.

• Good understanding of Relational Database Management Systems including architecting and designing for

performance and scalability and working with Object to Relational Mapping schemes for distributed data

access.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the development team, providing technical guidance and support as required.
• Responsible for a blended role encompassing LSA, Constellation/UI Modernization, and Infrastructure

Architecture.

• Responsible for architecting and designing business applications using Pega PRPC and related Pega

frameworks.

• Create technical designs, define enterprise class structures, and review infrastructure requirements such as

data architecture definitions and data management plans.

• Collaborate with the Solution Architect to deliver end-to-end Pega applications and projects.
• Understand the customers enterprise technology landscape and position Pega effectively within the overall

architecture.

• Responsible for estimation and enterprise class structure design, ensuring the overall application design aligns

with enterprise standards.

• Demonstrated expertise in code review, optimization, and Pega application performance analysis, including

performance tuning. Responsible for analysing, identifying, and logging application enhancements and

defects.

• Ensure the application not only meets current business needs but is also designed to accommodate future

scalability and feature enhancements.

• Analyze and resolve complex design and configuration challenges to meet defined objectives.
• Prepare High-Level Designs (HLDs), low-code platform solutions, and gather non-functional requirements

(NFRs).

• Review and approve solution designs, logic configurations, and technical artifacts to ensure alignment with

Pega best practices.

• Oversee and execute deployment activities across all environments, including Production.
• Provide accurate time and resource estimates for project deliverables in line with established processes.
• Offer technical inputs on dependencies, sequencing, and risks to assist the Project Manager in project planning

and execution.

Preferred Qualification: (Optional/Good to have)

• Experience in any of the Pega frameworks, Underwriting, CS, CRM, CPM, BFSI, Smart Dispute, Smart

Investigate, CLM/KYC etc.

• Exposure to Pega Decisioning or Pega Marketing modules, with a solid grasp of their application within

customer engagement and business process workflows
