Job summary

Armanino India LLP is seeking a payroll consultant with UKG Ready expertise to lead end-to-end implementations from discovery to go-live. You will configure tax rules, deductions, and GL mappings while supporting integrations and client advisory services.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of hands-on UKG Ready experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Global payroll knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years hands-on consulting with UKG Ready payroll module.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll compliance.
• Experience with garnishments, tax filings, and year-end processes.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliation).
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior implementation or consulting experience in payroll.
• Experience with payroll GL mapping and financial integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll implementations within UKG Ready (discovery, configuration, testing, go-live).
• Configure payroll components including: Earnings and deductions; federal, state, local tax setup.
• Direct deposit, pay rules, garnishments and child support configuration.
• Configure UKG Payroll services builds and convert data formats.
• Configure GL files for multiple accounting systems.
• Support payroll-related integrations (timekeeping, benefits, GL).
• Build relationships with clients by delivering advisory and support.
• Contribute to internal process improvements and practice development.
• Participate in initiatives to enhance team efficiency and delivery excellence.
