Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hands-on consulting experience with the UKG Ready HR/Benefits.
• Prior implementation or consulting experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with data conversion software including EasyMorph, Able2Extract, Middleware.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• UKG Ready certification.
• Prior implementation or consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure the HR and Benefits modules for clients.
• Convert and load HR data into UKG Ready formats including demographics and benefits setups.
• Import employee demographics, paygrades, assets, jobs/positions.
• Set up contacts, enrollments, dependents/beneficiaries.
• Create custom forms, benefits plans and workflows.
• Support client in data conversion and go-live tasks.
