Job summary

Armanino India LLP is seeking a skilled UKG Ready payroll consultant to lead end-to-end payroll implementations for clients in the UKG Ready ecosystem. You will configure earnings, deductions, tax rules, direct deposits, and data conversions, while ensuring accurate GL mappings and integrations.

The role emphasizes strong client engagement, compliance with multi-state payroll rules, and collaboration on internal initiatives to improve delivery quality and practice development.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hands-on consulting experience with UKG Ready payroll module.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll compliance.
• Experience with garnishments, tax filings, and year-end processes.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliation).
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll implementations within UKG Ready (discovery, configuration, testing, go-live).
• Configure payroll components including earnings and deductions, federal/state/local tax setup, direct deposit and pay rules, garnishments.
• Configure UKG Payroll services builds and convert data/history to UKG Ready formats.
• Configure GL files for multiple accounting systems and support payroll-related integrations.
• Build relationships with clients by delivering high-quality advisory and support.
• Contribute to internal process improvements and practice development.
• Participate in internal initiatives to enhance team efficiency and delivery.

• Support payroll-related integrations (timekeeping, benefits, general ledger)
• Build strong relationships with clients by delivering high-quality advisory and support.
• Contribute to internal process improvements, knowledge-sharing sessions, and practice development.
• Participate in internal initiatives to enhance team efficiency and delivery excellence.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of hands -on consulting experience with the UKG Ready payroll module
• Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll compliance
• Experience with garnishments, tax filings, and year-end processes
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliation)
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• UKG Ready certification
• Prior implementation or consulting experience
• Experience with payroll GL mapping and financial integrations
