Job summary

Assembly Global is seeking a Senior Paid Social Specialist to lead and optimize campaigns for clients, including those in the MENA markets, from our Bangalore office. The role requires building structured campaigns, analyzing results, and aligning efforts with client objectives.

Overview

The Senior Paid Social Specialist would be responsible for managing advertising campaigns for clients in MENA markets on various Paid Social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Twitter and Pinterest. The individual will plan, build, optimize campaigns and analyze performance based on client objectives. He/She may eventually manage a team based on capabilities and performance.

Responsibilities

We are looking to bring in an experienced analyst to support our paid social media. The primary responsibility of this role will be to strengthen the capabilities of our Bangalore office as it relates to managing Paid Social Advertising campaigns.

Primary Duties

• Demonstrate in-depth practical knowledge of Paid Social best practice, optimisation framework, account structure, bidding strategy, targeting types, and their application to campaigns to generate a high standard of delivery.
• Build paid social campaigns and strategies that are structured into clear frameworks focused on clients business objectives and are built upon solid insight.
• Manage paid social campaigns based on the agreed‑upon strategic direction provided by the Dubai team members.
• Ensure campaign setup and delivery is aligned with the tactical plan and offer strategic and tactical recommendations to help shape future planning.
• Optimize media campaigns toward target KPIs across various advertising platforms, including but not limited to:
  • Facebook Ads Manager
  • Instagram Ads
  • LinkedIn Advertising Products
  • Twitter
  • Pinterest
  • Snapchat

Required Skills

• Desired experience – 4+ years managing Paid Social campaigns.
• Experience setting up and optimizing campaigns on social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat and Twitter.
• Strong data analysis skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
